How It Works
Using temporary workers is very common in the workplace. Almost every department can find temporary workers useful in many different ways.
Some of these ways are:
- Filling in last minute shifts when your employees call in.
- Filling shifts during busy weekends and holidays when you don’t have enough staff to cover.
- Giving your staff off on holidays so they can be with their families.
- To get more experienced workers to deal with your customers
Whatever the reason is, temporary workers are good for everyone’s business.
If you are in need of a worker(s) just pick up the phone and call Jace Mande directly at (702) 251-WORK (9675) and he will personally walk you through the procedure.
To simply explain, this is a scenario of how this works:
After speaking with Jace and telling him what experience you require the workers to have, you can call or email your request. You may go over all your procedures with the worker or you can give Jace your procedures in advance. Then the worker will show up at the scheduled shift time, sign in and put your uniform on, if you have extras. Otherwise you may specify what you want the temporary worker to wear. At the end of the worker’s shift, one of your supervisors signs him or her out. Then you fax the sign in sheet to Casino Job Center and we will invoice you at the end of the week.
If necessary, temporary workers can be available to meet with your department supervisors for an interview before you decide if you want to use them.
